we did it a few years after it had been released in 1974.  The year before we'd done A mouse lived in a windmill in old Amsterdam   then I was dressed in a brown t-shirt and brown shorts with a tail made of a cut off leg of my gran's tights and stuffed with newspaper and attached to my shorts.  Whiskers were applied with eyebrow liner and I had cardboard ears
