I've had problems since a neck op a couple of years ago Sweet, and it seems to have flared up again I'm coming off the comp because it's not helping, see you later hopefully

Hi Dame.  Have you tried a wrist rest?  It help me when I developed painful elbows (no don't laugh) at work.  I spend 12 hours using a keyboard and mouse at work and then top up that use at home.   The wrist rest really helped.

I've got it propped up on two cushions Smarting, that's helping a bit  It's more my shoulder down to my elbow, docs tomorrow me thinks
