I'm fine thank you, I just left a surprise valentines gift presentation on our computer for mr summer I've never heard of that diet I'll google it! How much are you gonna lose?

My friend has done it and finds it really easy and effective. It's the one that Jenni Murray was in the papers raving about this week - she has lost 3 stone in 3 months.

I'd like to lose about 10 lbs (by tomorrow!!!)

Me too, some nights I give up after the bus because it's frustrating waiting so long..

Ohhhhhhhhh, I forgot it was valentines tomorrow

and I'm cross with hubby for drinking too much last night - suppose I'd better forgive him
