Well, for me when I hover the cursor over the time that says 'x secunds ago' I get a pop-up That says what the exact time of posting was - and yours was the last one that said 21:59 ( and you also had the first to say 22:00)

I hate that they don't have a proper clock here any more - can't be doing with this hovering lark - penguins aren't made to hover 

They can't hover but can work a laptop and steal my bus!!
