I'm just watching Nicola Sturgeon and Evan made a really good point which I would say applies to ALL politicians.
That is they are happy to talk hypotheticals when THEY want to but seem to balk at the idea when a hypothetical is put to them but the interviewer.

I have just seen tonights PPB by the Labour party and I have to say that it was the best PPB yet, no not so much the content but the production, the piece was so blatant in it's PR company involvement. I can imagine the pitch, they must have been wetting themselves when they heard it.
The visual pieces, the soundbites and the building music, it was almost like a Hollywood trailer. It was dripping cheese.
I dread to think how much they spent on it.
Hmm..... they've just said that if the Conservatives win with a majority there WILL be an EU referendum. Westminster are hot on saying the SNP want to bring about another Scottish referendum and are scathing of Nicola Sturgeon saying it'll be up to the people of Scotland. So I ask, who exactly is driving the call for a referendum on the EU....the people of Britain....or Cameron?
