Could this be a Milli-stone around his neck?
It would seem that Ed is following David with the gimmicks, all he needs to do now is enshrine it in law.

The lady with the flag seems less than impressed judging by her expression. Could it be that she asked for the tablet NOT to be placed in from of a children's swing?
I have been keeping an eye on the politicians attire and the messages it gives out, especially colour choices.
Given we are only a few days away from election day I think I have now spotted the clearest message yet who the other parties (UKIP, Liberals and Labour) think will win the election.
They were all dressed in blue - who needs an octopus to make predictions!

As a last gasp, we have this to look forward to, shortly.

Lib, Lab, Con and SNP....at a guess!
Then again, we might all just be watching the snooker!
I`ll follow tonight`s debate elsewhere. No room for "novelty parties" or "nationalist loons" on here, it seems.

Really? Jim Murphy would have us believe that 'Scottish Labour' is a Separate party to the Labour party that Milliband is heading....it isn't!
He also thinks The Barnet Formula is the be-all and end-all of everything and seems to think that everyone else wants to abolish it, regardless.
The Tory female obviously doesn't listen to what the others are saying, just the spin from her leader, if she thinks that all the other parties want to keep people on benefits.
Jim Murphy is lying about what the SNP have said/claimed about how often there will/might be a second independence referendum. As Nicola says, the only ones who are dwelling on and bringing up the question of a second referendum are all the OTHER parties.
Why is Ruth Davidson going on about the size of constituencies as if it's all down to the SNP?
Willie Rennie says that people are very worried about the question of a second referendum - I believe it is actually the Political Parties that are worried and not the people in general.
Everybody wants to take credit for the good things and blame everybody else for the bad things.

No, it's the 55% who voted no.
People like me!
I think it will be a travesty if the SNP manage to somehow push through another referendum during the next parliament ! And Nicola Sturgeon makes me grrrrrrrrr big time !

No, it's the 55% who voted no.
But why are they worried its not the SNP who are banging on about a referendum, it's all the others. At no point have the SNP proposed anything about another referendum.

I am sure Nicola Sturgeon did moot it at some point , early on in the campaign .....but I may be wrong

Why would they want to, they've just lost one?

You are not wrong - and the audience booed her!

No idea EFFT ....except to try and overturn the previous result

But it'll be the same people voting, they've just voted NO, 55% to 45% is anybody really likely to have changed their mind - and in sufficient numbers?

Tell that to Nicola, she's the one who mentioned another referendum!
Roll on Friday, at least all the hype will be over and "us the people" will have put our little crosses by the candidate of our choice. So we can only blame us for what happens then
I expect the new Govt. won't be in a format that anyone voted for.
I expect the new Govt. won't be in a format that anyone voted for.
That's the problem. Isn't it?
Even when one party has an over all majority they never get 50% or more of the vote. First past the post system doesn't work...
Saw Yvette Cooper the other day and she annoyed the **** out of me. She asked Nick Clegg a question about tuition fees, finishing with the question "yes or no". When Nick did the usual politician trick of avoiding the question, Yvette kept asking the question repeatedly in a Paxman-esq way.
What a hypocritical @rz-ole she is. Really annoys me that if the shoe were on the other foot she would not like it one bit.
Someone put me in a studio with her and I can tell you I would not be the first to leave.
What coverage do you think you'll watch? I fancy the look of C4 - Paxman and David Mitchell
I'll be in bed, curled up with Jim Naughtie.

I shall probably flit through the various coverages until I nod off
I loved the days of Peter Snow and his *swingometer*
Given my early starts I will be in bed around 9:30, so I shall be waking up to the BBC and the result.
That pesky surveillance duty again....eh?

Probabaly be the better of the two options EC
