Finally we caught up. That was all rather sudden.
The writers have teased us in the past (Jess' baby). He may not be a goner.
I can imagine a scenario where H runs off to Pat and Tony, tells them what has happened but, when they return to Blossom Hill they find ... No sign of Rob
I am probably completely wrong on this.

I also have my doubts though .....and in the cold light of day I think the SW's have done a bit of a disservice to victims of DS by not highlighting the safer way out of it ....
I would prefer it if he survives and is called to account for his crimes. Then there is Ursula, of course. She will go all out for H to be convicted of murder, be declared an unfit mother and then to claim custody of her grandson.
So many theories, probably none of them correct!

Yes....on all counts
I reckon Helen should either say he committed suicide cos she was leaving , or play on the fact that he had told everyone she was batty
He thought she was barking yet he put a knife in her hand (if I heard correctly).
It was all a bit weird and, in my opinion, a bit of a cop-out, if he is indeed dead

Yes. Not least flipping Peggy turning up and accusing others of gawping.
I really don't know how all this is going to end. My ideal scenario would be for Rob to get sent down and for Helen to take Henry and the baby and go to live on a remote island somewhere (but that's just because, although I feel sorry for her, I really can't stand her)

I just wish they would end it soon....preferably with the whole village knowing what Rob was like !! But it looks like it will run and run and run !
I know Tony is a total fanny but why oh why oh why oh why oh why oh why didn't he drop Ursula's husband one. Not a court would convict. Mrs Jer and I are shouting at the radio again.

It gets you like that , eh GJ
If you missed it you might want to listen to an item on Radio 4's Today programme this morning.
http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b07650w3
It's a couple of minutes long and starts at 23 minutes and about 28 seconds in. It's
Listen to BH on catchup! They had an excellent Archers all you need to know in a couple of minutes. It was rather like the R4 condensed into three minutes from last year. The guy is a genius.
Sorry! That was a bit cryptic - I've been busy uploading my tax returns to the Internet so that peepil can see I have no involvement in tax evasion.
Go to iplayer radio and select R4, then schedule, then yesterday, then 09:00 Broadcasting House. It starts about 20:30 minutes in.

At least we are back onto the important subject of egg sales. I won't be able to sleep for worrying about the contracts.

I loved it ....bit of Archers *normality* in the midst of all the recent OTT angst
I think that Rob's health will continue to improve, only for him to suddenly cark it

Yes , I'm torn between wishing him 6 ft under and not wanting Helen to be done for murder ! Did you read the Q&A on the BBC FB site tonight Madame ?

No, Baz. I'm not on Facebook. Was it good?
I'm now looking forward to the Sisters Smug - Shula and Elizabeth - falling out over Dr Locke and his bedside manner

I'm dashing in whist not reading here cos I prefer to watch the Sunday omnibus. But take it as read I'm trying to avoid spoilers. As far as I know Rob is dead so don't let on!

Ok Xochi
Oh Bugger! I wish I hadn't mentioned the egg spoiler now Judith.
Meanwhile it's a very good year for blossom. There will be lots of damsons this season and I know the Archers is pre-recorded by several weeks but perhaps they could mention foraging at some point. It would not be as exciting as the egg story but a lot of listeners are interested in this sort of thing, now that Simnel cake season has been dealt with.
That wench Dan has hooked up with seems a proper Goody Two-shoes. But she's going to turn out to be a wrong 'un, I reckon.
I can but hope

One felt particularly billious during the first introductions. We haven't heard Friday yet.
I know a couple of you follow the Archers ....so thought you might like to know ( if like is the right word ) that the actor who played Syd Perks has died I used to love his character . RIP Alan
Indeed Baz! I saw your post in the other place. RIP.
I hadn't realised that there was another Archers Forum mind.

I'm not! Your action of commenting on it dropped the forum on m'timeline.
One is now paranoid. One wonders if that when one is quite rude to Brexiters one might appear on everyone else's timeline.
They started it though but.

I'm a brexiter ....but never post anything about my politics on FB .....I get heated enough about Rob Titchenor !
Fascinating isn't it! I suspect he'll lose his temper under cross examination. I doubt he likes the idea of a female barrister, except the ones who make his coffee.
HaHa geddit? The old ones are the best.
