Tom Gearing, 23
Gearing was introduced to the fine wine business by his father at the age of 10. He now finds himself at the top of a multi-million pound business in London.
He said: "What do I love about wine? I love all the aspects; I like the technical aspects of it, I like the romance about it, I love the way it brings people together, I love the fact that people are passionate about it and, do you know what, it's a global product. Everyone in the world loves wine."
Tom took over his family's wine-broking business aged just 20. With his father he has managed to build the company into a firm that currently has 350 clients across 21 countries.
His mother, Jill Gearing, said: "Tom is very competitive. If he was playing a match with anyone and it wasn't going well, he became frustrated, he would often throw his racket across the court."
He said: "What do I love about wine? I love all the aspects; I like the technical aspects of it, I like the romance about it, I love the way it brings people together, I love the fact that people are passionate about it and, do you know what, it's a global product. Everyone in the world loves wine."

Jade Nash, 29
Nash grew up on her father's caravan site and lived in Wiltshire until she was 18.
She said: "I was always the child at school that was taller than everyone, really loud, and I think I probably scared people because I was so confident. I've been like this since I was about 6 years old!"
She worked at a shop on the caravan site, which was her first experience in the business world. She looked after guests which gave her confidence ahead of her first professional job as a club rep.
Nash is now a top salesperson and earner at a direct marketing company. She added: "I think the reason that money is so important to me is because my dad came from pretty much having nothing and he built his own business up, and that inspires me."
She said: "I was always the child at school that was taller than everyone, really loud, and I think I probably scared people because I was so confident. I've been like this since I was about 6 years old!"

Martin was a professional wrestler for eight years, having grown up in Hampshire. He said: "It's all about pushing yourself and going the extra mile to get results."

Martin's partner Gemma Lovejoy said: "Everything Ricky does, I think he has his mum in mind as well as himself. He always wanted to prove himself and be successful and that is to look after his mum."
Ricky was the first member of his family to attend university, and graduated with a degree in biochemistry. He later joined a scientific recruitment company. He is currently one of the firm's youngest team leaders.
He explained that he owes his success to his mother, stating: "I owe everything I've got, everything I've done in life, to my mum."

He said: "It was difficult being 18 and having quite a lot of responsibility. I had to use my initiative, I had to use my common sense, I had to plan things and organise things and I think those are skills I use in business every day."
Nick eventually set up his own business venture during university studies at Birmingham, a coffee-to-go stand on the campus. He eventually set up his own phone-based business card company.
