If it were shorter I'd say Donald Trump - she can't half do a comb over fringe that one.

I heard that too and thought 'no he didn't really just say that'

I have a feeling that the blonde fella (you know the one that compared Banksy to The Stig) will win.

Noooooooooooooooooooooo - please NO! I hope Ricky shines this week.

I do too, Soozy, it's taken me a long time to find anyone I remotely favour, but I think I'll support him now till the end.     I think there's a programme on the final five on tomorrow night btw.

The Apprentice is coming towards the end of its current eighth series, with just five candidates remaining.
Ahead of the penultimate episode tomorrow night (May 30), a special look at the hopefuls' childhoods and backgrounds will be covered in a one-off episode tonight.
Family and friends will discuss their upbringing and their personality traits, and what they have that could give them the edge when facing Lord Alan Sugar in the boardroom.
The final five candidates are:
Tom Gearing, 23

Gearing was introduced to the fine wine business by his father at the age of 10. He now finds himself at the top of a multi-million pound business in London.
He said: "What do I love about wine? I love all the aspects; I like the technical aspects of it, I like the romance about it, I love the way it brings people together, I love the fact that people are passionate about it and, do you know what, it's a global product. Everyone in the world loves wine."
Tom took over his family's wine-broking business aged just 20. With his father he has managed to build the company into a firm that currently has 350 clients across 21 countries.
His mother, Jill Gearing, said: "Tom is very competitive.  If he was playing a match with anyone and it wasn't going well, he became frustrated, he would often throw his racket across the court."

Jade Nash, 29

Nash grew up on her father's caravan site and lived in Wiltshire until she was 18.
She said: "I was always the child at school that was taller than everyone, really loud, and I think I probably scared people because I was so confident. I've been like this since I was about 6 years old!"
She worked at a shop on the caravan site, which was her first experience in the business world. She looked after guests which gave her confidence ahead of her first professional job as a club rep.
Nash is now a top salesperson and earner at a direct marketing company. She added: "I think the reason that money is so important to me is because my dad came from pretty much having nothing and he built his own business up, and that inspires me."

Ricky Martin, 26

Martin was a professional wrestler for eight years, having grown up in Hampshire. He said: "It's all about pushing yourself and going the extra mile to get results."
He explained that he owes his success to his mother, stating: "I owe everything I've got, everything I've done in life, to my mum."
Martin's partner Gemma Lovejoy said: "Everything Ricky does, I think he has his mum in mind as well as himself.  He always wanted to prove himself and be successful and that is to look after his mum."
Ricky was the first member of his family to attend university, and graduated with a degree in biochemistry. He later joined a scientific recruitment company. He is currently one of the firm's youngest team leaders.

Nick Holzherr, 25

Holzherr was born in Switzerland, and his mother explained that it took a while for him to show any business interest.
Corina Holzherr said: "He was a very dreamy child. He was not really interested in academic work or school work. He was interested in play."
After his father Paul suffered a serious paragliding accident, Nick, then aged 18, spent several months helping his father get back to the UK to recover. He said: "It was difficult being 18 and having quite a lot of responsibility. I had to use my initiative, I had to use my common sense, I had to plan things and organise things and I think those are skills I use in business every day."
Nick eventually set up his own business venture during university studies at Birmingham, a coffee-to-go stand on the campus. He eventually set up his own phone-based business card company.

Adam Corbally, 32

Corbally's mother revealed that he was nothing like the confident market trader he is today while growing up. She said: "When he went to nursery and school, he'd cling to me and I'd sort of have to rip him off me to take him into school."
Adam received poor grades at secondary school and left full-time education at 16. He moved from different jobs, explaining: "I must have had 20 jobs before I realised I wanted to work for myself."
At 19, he set up a fruit and vegetable stall in Glossop Market, eventually making it a success. He was later able to invest in a million-pound property portfolio, and currently owns eight houses that he rents out to others.

Adam hasn't change a bit

BBC1 from 8:30pm to 10:30pm

Series 8. Episode 12/12
After 11 weeks of over-enthusiastic wine-tasting, serving slop as gourmet food, sticking legs on suitcases and boardroom backstabbing, the remaining candidates gather for a four-way battle to determine who will set up in business with Alan Sugar, and receive a ÂĢ250,000 cash injection to get their new company off the ground. Their final task is an old favourite - the interview stage - in which the hopefuls are grilled about their CVs and business plans by the peer and his trusted associates, including former assistant Margaret Mountford. Once the winner is announced, it is over to The Apprentice - You're Hired studio, where Dara O Briain talks to the main players about this year's series, with the help of actress and presenter Denise Van Outen, comedienne and Loose Women Jenny Eclair and retail entrepreneur Jo Malone. Last in the series With Nick Hewer and Karren Brady.
