Not really....you usually get more than enough time to see what you want and some cruises stay overnight in places like St Petersburg or Barcelona

Maybe volunteers who were willing to have their day ruined, doubt if they paid anything for that
The clueless tour vs the school trip I cant decide which is worse or the fact that either charged for it.
