Lord Sugar was a bit in a bind last night. He didn't really want to chose from anyone in the losing team, he wanted rid of someone in the winning team...Susie, but most likely Natasha. Hence the fine and hence the treat being denied them.

It's so obvious that the criteria has changed this year from looking for an employee to looking for a partner. That's why Tom is still hanging on. I think Lord Sugar can see himself working with him in the long term (and in more realistic conditions where Tom would have longer than a couple of days to start and implement new design projects and product innovations), and he can see that Susie has an entrepreneurial spirit (even though she has a lot to learn still and lacks a few people skills).

I'm still not entirely sure about Helen. She's more than capable, and she's very confident but she also very bland. Speaking of confidence, Jim! What a resurgence, he's back from the evil side BUT I honestly don't think that his brand of blarney (and sometimes complete BS) is Sugar's cuppa tea. He can get away with it in these mini tasks, because it's over and done with in small doses, but a long term relationship with 'Slick Rick'...nope can't see it, there's only so much shmooozing people in industry can handle before familiarity turns in to contempt. If he was going in to the air kissy world of fashion or advertising then his charm could work in his favour, but not in Lord Sugar's production line. Natasha's definitely not winning it, that's one thing I'm certain about.

Sugar should have got rid of Melody weeks ago, glad she went last night.

He could have also fired Natasha from the winning team as they did not follow through with the remit.

Natasha should have been pleased that Susan bought the bracelets for ÂĢ1.50 and sold them for ÂĢ5 that kept them in front after the ÂĢ100 fine.

Yes, she should. But, true to form, Natasha started attacking her after they'd got back to the house. Susie came out of that confrontation looking more mature and gracious than David 'Natasha' Brent.

Suzy, that's a very good summary!

Extremely Fluffy Fluffy Thing

Helen has got some key decisions wrong - she insisted on going for retailers during the last task, which was idiotic. And however annoying Melody might be, undermining your manager mid-task by trying to take over is a no-no.

I thought Melody came across OK on You're fired - certainly a lot better than Vincent or Zoe.

And I'm really getting sick of the way most of them speak to Susan. Yes, she has faults, but the way people like Natasha, Jim (and previously Zoe) talk to her is patronising and downright disrespectful.

Spot on Dems. The way Susie's been talked at and down to has been obvious and yet Nick and Karren have had relative praise for her. Nick, in particular, has been championing her for a while and he's as sharp as a tack.

I'm gonna stick my neck out & hazard a guess ... and it's a very early one at that.

Susan Ma ... & Helen Louise Milligan will both do well   ..... My early predictions have been disastrous in the past ..... we shall see

And they are both still in the running !!! ...... bloomin Eck!! .... maybe my predictions aren't so bad after all

Hear, hear (Can't stand Susan Ma mind, she plays the 'victim' too much imcho and I can hardly imagine a worse 'business partner.') Reckon it'll be between Tom and Helen....Suralan doesn't choose, 'people like him,' so JIm has no chance of winning, and as for Natasha

Had to do a big when Melody went last week, for brisket RIP

I think it'll be Tom and Susan in the final two (possibly Jim instead of Susan) ...............IMO - it's all in the editing - Helen has been bigged up like a very similar girl last year ...........we all went oooooooooooooh when she was ousted. It irritates me a bit that it's all edited with hindsight and they lead us on .............can't see Natasha being there but who knows? The editing team like to surprise (deceive).

Now, can you please predict that Natasha and Susan get the elbow asap 'cos I really think they're giving me heartburn.
