That was a good decision Laura was horrible to work with on some of the earlier tasks but she took defeat well

As for Liz's comment at the end, I think that is justified and at least she had the integrity to say it to her face in a straightforward none aggressive manner rather than bitch behind her back about it.
If anything I thought Stellas reaction was far worse than the comment demanded.

I have to disagree there she did it surrounded by her minions. Its clear that Liz is liked by the guys and she was smirking while saying that to Stella.Althought I agree Stella should have been culpable for most of the mistakes.

That's how I'm seeing it TBH. Stella is rather on her own isn't she? Didn't like seeing that side of Liz.

I still think she could have reacted far better to the comment than she did.
It is always good to have some differences of perspective, as well it just makes things more interesting, and I still think it is better to say it like that than to just say it behind her back, like Stuart or Laura or Chris would have done.

I think that Stella was trying to pull a dirty trick in the board room by saying Liz didn't manage the team well I think she did manage them well and Stella and Laura actually went against her wishes when they cocked up the truffle price. Liz was completely justified in pulling her up on it.
I don't think Stella is anything special, I can't think of anything stand out she has done in the tasks yet where as Liz I can name 2 or 3 things off hand. Stella comes across as cold and unapproachable this is shown by the way her team-mates reach to her, no one seems to warm to her. Yes I think yo're right there .....................not sure why I like her TBH. But - I do. She doesn't appear to be much of a people person but I do think she has been given a particularly nasty edit as whenever she pulls a face - the camera is there. I wont be sorry to see her go ...................there are others who are worse (all the boys especially baggy). I really liked Liz but didn't like the snidey side to her tonight ...................that just leaves errrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrm can't remember her name - oh yeah Jo
