Oh and its not the turning over the soil that is the back breaking part its breaking the hardened concrete first.

An eco shower head is going to restrict the flow of water which you can do yourself by turning it on low but theres a reason why people dont have it on low and theres a problem in any hard water area with that I would have thought.
