Sorry I got the area wrong...I'm an awful eejet. I thought she was aBrummie.(All embarressed now) I think she is marvelous and loved her on the spin off show she did, at least it showed a reality show contestant doing something constructive.

Sir Alan will always regret it , i'm glad now she didn't get the job as she has been far more successful without it and moving up which she deserves to. No-one has yet to come close to her as being the best candidate .

She always looks such a terrible state.
In a perfect world, it wouldn't matter, but personal presentation is important - it shows the world you take pride in yourself, as well as your work.

Having said that, the perfectly groomed Kate is that philosophy taken to the extreme. All surface, no depth.
Teddy's right when he says Srralan has a thing about blondes - her and Michelle Dewberry

It was weird - I saw kate as a front-runner early on, but now I'm disappointed she made it to the final. It was the interviews that did it - Lorraine and Debra were the most honest and revealing about themselves, but getting any warmth or personality from Kate was like trying to get sincerity from a talking doll.

I particularly liked the shirt she decided to wear for her interview.. with the slight gape at the cleeee-vaage. Like a flustered working mummy who had to duck down to the creche and deal with little Trustifaria's intolerence of blancmange. I could almost whiff the baby sick.

Biggest mistake Sir Alan ever made in letting the Badger slip through the net. She was brilliant and the way she was selling those flats was amazing!

I don't agree with Sir A's summing up of Kate at all. You need to be a controlled person as a leader if you want to control other people. It's easy to toss out stupid words like robotic which she certainly is not. Kate certainly knows how to enjoy herself. Yasmina is a much more controlling person which we saw the first time she took over as PM. That fierce staring look she puts on in the boardroom would terrify anyone.

Out of a bad bunch, I think the best two made it to the final. I wouldn't hire either of them though
