I fight back against the ageing process as much as possible.

I'm doing my best to keep the body healthy with exercise and a good diet

As for the outside well the exercise helps keep it all tight and pert so there's no way I'm giving that up  

I don't wanna look old though. Not yet so I use lots of moisturiser and my "must have" is my Benefits under eye cream

I accept it, I've lost weight because of other issues going on with my back and knees..but give me a baggy neck than stretched out eyes and botox lips that mean I have to ask for something at the shop door rather than asking at the counter...shit happens, it's life and I say get on with it

Come for a daily run with me at 5-6am Leccy and then I'll take you through my one hour aerobic routine

I'm no Madonna though....not addicted yet

I use elemis pro collagen marine cream, eye cream, face serum, then on a night I alternate with alpha h liquid gold or Age delay oil, followed by bella pierre or elemis or alpha h moisturiser. I don't think it delays aging one jot, but my skin feels nice and soft, and smooth.

Well all I use is "Simple" moisturiser and good old vaseline.Vaseline on my lips (face)....And a smear on my eyes and lashes.I'm 53 now and and have used that for over 40 years. Save your money.your skin is waterproof,it cannot be "deep fed".I've not got a lot of wrinkles, some lines etc..gravity..but I don't smoke (That will give you face furrows,give up!)

I did ask a dermatoligist years ago when getting a dark freckle checked out.She stated all these mega expensive potions and creams are a waste of time and money.
