Thank you Isadora ;'drool'
I think Sam is a fantastic young chap. He is EXACTLY what the show needed when he came in. I said at the time, once Ben left, I'll give him a day or two and see how it goes - well.... I'm still here - as glued as ever. I dont particularly think he's been too crass or crude, he's not kissing ass and analysing everything and second guessing all the time. He has shown a few of them up for what they are, he's in the BB house and he's having fun. I dont care how long he's been in the house - he's MY winner anyhow

loved the original star trek... but I was just a kid when they were first on... and at the beginning & end credits they had the picture of the people with big heads.... and they used to scare the bejesus out of me... I used to hide behind the sofa
Oh god yes - I used to be sooo scared of them - there was a horrible blokey thing as well.Reference:

You've all lost me now.
Me too Ducky - I just looked back in to talk the lovely Mr Pepper and it's all gone a bit 'adolescent teenage boy' trekkie stuff. They'll be quoting from Life Of Brian next

PMSL @ Ducky!! - Off topic!
Look, let's get this right... if aliens were about to invade the Earth, sort of from outer space not actually on the Earth (or there would be no need for the Enterprise thinggy) I wouldn't want Picard boring them all stupid with his silly voice prompting them to invade us for kicks. They would probably invade us just for him confronting them with no hair evident on his stupid noggin. They would point and laugh.
Captain Kirk would save the day by being all sort of, dunno, Kirky and brave and diplomatic and stuff. So there. Not that I would know about this personally since I'm absolutely definitely not a geek.

Spock now you're talking, the real star of the origingal Star Trek The series in which you were a gonna if you wore the red top when you beamed down anywhere.
Back on topic. I am loving Sam in there and hope he wins. That's Sam, Sam Pepper, who doesn't look anything like Captain Kirk or Picard and has definitely never been on the Enterprise

I bet you are a mediator!!I did love it when they would mess up Janeway's hair when she was involved in a particularly heavy battle!
The Macro Virus episodes (twas a double) are my fave... followed by the one where her & Paris evolved into slug things & had babies!
