to convince Sunshine that they were chanting 'get someone out'. Quick thinking on his part and a lovely gesture IMO.

Unfortunately - I've kind of tolerated and tried to understand Sunshine but after tonight's show ........I think she's a bit too neurotic. Ben has been very supportive of her but even he - it seems cannot do right for doing wrong. She is an incredibly complex character - not sure she's tough enough to go the distance.

I find Dave incredibly boring even when he is talking about angels etc, which i find fascinating. But yes i agree that was very kind of him, and laughed when others cottoned on and put there bit in too, saying what "they heard" But he hung on there lol

I think that was .......he really was desperately trying to spare her feelings IMO. Good on him ..........he has done nothing to impress me so far but that was really nice ...........and I would say genuine.

I admire Dave for doing that..it was kind. He`s a cook and bores me to tears but I`ll give him credit for that.
I don`t agree that Sunshine is neurotic. Sensitive..maybe overly at times, is how I see her.
She`s an interesting person...if she could only get the chance to be herself, we might see more of that.

If Ben was my "supportive" friend I`d run for the hills. He`s an insensitive, yapping, over opinionated twit! .His apologies, after he`s delivered his personality assassination..are shallow. He`s capable of causing major paranoia. If were Sunshine, I`d avoid him like the plague!

OHHH round of applause for that woman! I 100% agree with you - he is horrible but because he has a "posh" voice he is perceived to be intelligent and sensitive.

As for Dave, well yeah, suppose it was q 'nice' of him, (and Ben did the same,) but do they think that she's deaf and/or daft

So she's now both clear in her own mind that the crowd were shouting 'Get Sunshine out' and has no-one who can sympathise with her about that, (implying, however 'nicely' that she's paranoid.) Maybe that's worse?
