We've had the sore throat bit "very painful" and now we've got the sniffles 

Oh no Have a bath, wrap up warm in bed and drink plenty of fluids I had it just before christmas, it was rotten! One night I couldn't sleep because my teeth were aching so much

I have an ear infection and rheumy eyes! With it being the w/e I can't really rest, however you can 't beat putting a mixture of peppermint oil and menthol crystals in a bowl, add boiling water and have a good inhale. An afternoon keeping warm in bed and listening to the radio would appeal too.

had to take him to an emergency vets yesterday - he pulled a muscle earlier in the week and my vet said it was his paw but this emergency vet that I had to go to because they won't come out for health and safety reasons  said it's his neck he's twisted   he had two injections and a tablet and he has to have cage rest for at least a week.  They also want me to go to my own vets this week and have him checked out for neurological causes although I'm sure it was done chasing cats up the back garden

 

He's very sleepy now

he's parked in front of the fire in his bed snoozing   He'll soon be back to his zoomy best and he has to loose weight - he's about 2kg over weight

Thanks! I'm not really ill. Thursday I was very dizzy and kept thinking I might faint. Very painful ears. I treat them in a way that the Doctor would not approve, but it was successful.

*pops in and leaves a big box of man up* *leaves rolling eyes* *pops back in again with a gift basket of genuine sympathy for milo (& his mum)

Hubby had a nasty virus for 4/5 days last week. He was freezing cold and shivering despite heating on, slept constantly, one night until 10pm! was delirious, nauseous, didn't want to eat. When he did get up he had zero energy and after a couple of hours would go back to bed for another marathon sleep. He's a lot better now but is still low on energy and his usual appetite isn't back yet. 3 days ago I was coughing constantly and every time I did the pain in my throat was horrendous, I too wanted to sleep much more than usual and had no energy, I wasn't as bad as he was so have recovered a bit quicker but still don't feel back to normal yet..but we're getting there, pesky bugs
