I've been a little worried about myself recently, fast heart rate, drinking litres of water, sore head and eyes, dizzy at times - generally just not 100% - my friend did a blood sugar test on me yesterday and that was fine at 5.3 so i dunno at all whats up with me!

Numbness in the extremities (ooer)
Joking aside, left hand and arm are numb, plus tingling and intermittent numbness in feet and shins

I'd take those symptoms of yours to the doctor, MM
I might not be a blood sugar thing - could even be as simple as an allergy.

Deman my cousin is 43 and has a trapped nerve,disc problems in her spine ,her legs are numb on the inside and one foot is affected,she is also in excrutiating pain .She's awaiting a op at the neurological hospital,big waiting list.

Hope yours is a lesser problem.

You couldn't be pregnant could you? I was horribly dizzy and thirsty and had sore heads when I was.

I wish you all the best Demantoid and I'm sure after those bloods coming back okay that it isn;t anything serious

hmmmm interesting ..*strokes imaginary beard like a proper doctor would* .. well at least they are ruling things out as they go along - all the best mate. I have an appt for my Doc next friday so fingers crossed he'll tell me i'm a hypochondriac

Good news so far Deman. Sounds like a trapped nerves or something similar to me. One of those innocuously simple things that causes really worrying symptoms. I'm sure it'll all be fine.

Mazzy I had similar symtoms to yours hun, and they found out I was anaemic, so they pumping me full of iron, must admit after just a couple of days I felt sooo much better. Hope your's is as simple

I have a meeting with the big boss (actually he's shorter than me and I'm 5'2") tomorrow, to talk about it.
He doesn't even know I've got a problem, but he will soon
I want to go part-time, but he'll probably veto that.

so far so good demantoid, fingers crossed all other tests are fine, although it would be nice to put a name to ya symptoms wouldnt it. Good luck anyways

I don`t know how much it actually helps you, but I find that by a process of elimination it helps to know that `this is ok` and `that is ok`.
Narrowing it down at least discounts some of the things you might have been feeling anxious about.
