Part of the reason for yesterday  I seem to have an infection in the wound now, doc has shoved me on antibiotics and nurse is changing dressing daily.... I don't do things by halves..... at least I'm off work for a couple of weeks

Earwigs and slugs too  Don't you just hate it when you run out into the garden, it's dark and damp, then *crush mush* you've stood on a slug and the slime is all over the sole of your slipper.... or, worse still, your bare foot  You could scrub for ages and still 'feel' it's 'unclean'

I've been a victim many a time, usually happens just after I've done the gardening and the grass is freshly cut....I step out, late at night, to enjoy the night scents.....then spend an hour in the shower scrubbing my feet
