Aww Cosi I was a right mess trying to get back up, I kept toppling over because I don't usually wear such high shoes and they wouldn't listen to me telling them to stand up straight. I like to believe that no-one saw me though.

I started slimming world this week (again, for the gazilionth time) and poured myself a vodka and diet lemonade when I started putting chopped strawberries and grapes in with it. The OH asked wtf I was doing and I said 'making sure I get my 1/3 superfree'. The fruit is still in the glass, a bit soggy but I might eat it and it might just get me extra drunk!

Years ago, I used to avoid Sangria cos it was full of cr@p but I've found this place that does the dooziest one ever. Seriously good wine and brandy in it and full of fruit. So that's the 5 a day quota sorted nicely

It's been shown you're not alone in the a.m hours Jen as was mentioned earlier your post reminded me of a Michael Jackson song lol. I remember that when he died those of us here who'd enjoyed his music over the years got a lot of slating, nothing said changed my mind though, couldn't happen! I'm going to post the vid of You Are Not Alone as I've been reminded of it, maybe someone in this thread will enjoy it, maybe not and will ignore it, each to their own
