One of my favourite recipes is pan fried breast of chicken with garlic, lemon and parsley butter sauce.. served with baby pots and salad.
Simple and delicious!
I boiled up 5 beetroots from the allotment last night - can't post pics but TBH - they don't look terribly appealing

I never use a garlic crusher, bloody nuisance they are: quick few whacks with the back of a knife, or if mixing with other ingredients, quick whizz in one of those mini food processor thingies

It takes about three years to grow properly - we are in the second year and have had a few really small ones - next year should be good (I really don't know much - I listen and smile and nod).

Can you replace the Sprouts and Broccoli with Green beans and that dark green cabbage stuff. Not the slimey, light green stuff though

Yes all the time Well only if ive cooked it, zazz has cooked it or its a really impressive restaurant meal.

yes, but you will lose a home made yorkie pud, and carrots and parsnips in maple syrup and wholegrain mustard, and slightly better spuds...I dunno if green beans are worth that risk...
Gypsie and Zazz, can i come to yours for a roast one day? Maybe if you did Chicken (Psst Zazz, does gypo eat chicken?)
You certainly can, I shall make you a little name place that says rocky poo was here

well, she did, but at the moment it is all about the Quorn...fake meat, but tbh it's not as bad as you think...but I am sure she would stretch to eating a real chicken for you, Rawky!!
