I am watching it but have been on the phone. I might switch over for corrie again.
I can`t watch programmes like this. I always end up crying my eyes out.

I understand totally. I often can't watch anything to do with kids, but today I'm feeling strong enough to watch this.
one of my old work mates lost her son a few years ago, she'll never get over it, not that it's something you would get over, but now she just exists instead of living.
What the parents go through is incomprehensible. You ask yourself how could you cope. I guess the answer is: because you have no choice.
Now the nurses - how on earth do they do that job? Amazing people, that's why.

what i saw was they coped by devoting their life to their child... it's when the battle is lost that they stop coping

The last thing was an interview with Rebecca's mum, saying how Rebecca would have wanted something she had said or done to help somebody else. Her mum said she was very positive and courageous.
Adam's radiotherapy did help to shrink his tumours.
