Yep, quoting doesn't work in Safari.  I'll report as a bug.  brisket, what are you using for a browser?

What other places do you want to get to in LC, Marguerita?  From now on, LiveCloud is blogs and personal spaces.  If you want to go to another "channel", just substitute "hoop.la" in the URL where you used to put "livecloud.com".

I am not changing to firefox Cosi I am on safari and never had problems before, why have we got to keep changing all the time before certain things work on here,the next makeover that gets done will we have to change again

Lori - I have tried to quote both on Mozilla and on IE - neither of them respond.

I'll have to keep copying and pasting I suppose, but it's a bit tedious.

I think it'll take a little while longer for everything to settle into place, Margey;  I'm sure there'll be a few problems that need sorting, so I'm sure Safari will work eventually.
We'll just have to be patient or try the 'prod and see' approach.

give it a few days dharlink ... one thing these Seattle types have always been very good at is listening to us ... in the past they have tweaked and tweaked until we are happy.

Reported (it happened to me, too). There are no lights, yet--Once it gets dark today, I'll take a picture and post it.

Slim, it only showed me one page of 'A's and 'B's. so you'd still have to hunt for most names....unless it's not working as they intended.

There are so many names that it's much easier to search for specific names.

I now find that I can quote on Mozilla Firefox, but I am still unable to do so on IE.

I've reported the IE as an issue, brisket, along with the Safari.

As has already been reported, quoting currently does not work in IE.

As a short term fix for those affected, try highlighting the text to quote, press Ctrl-C to copy, then in the Post Reply Box press Ctrl-V to paste. As this will come up as part of the main post rather than in a quote box, I suggest starting the quote with say "Quoted from name"

So where is this search box on Gagajoyjoy, for instance, because I can't see it?

I just wanted to say that I think the new layout look really nice and I LOVE the new colours.  I find black and grey so much more restful on my eyes.
