Liver bird...if you go to tools, then options, then content...there is an option for font.

I've never tried it myself though. So goodness know if it will work. 

Actually....if you click on the advanced button next to font..... there is something to tick to allow websites to choose their own fonts. Check to see if yours is ticked.

Ooooh... yes that works! I've just changed the font in here.

I didn't know you could do that! I'm quite excited!

....now to change it back.

Phew....all back to normal.

Something similar happened to a friend of mine a while back Liverbird.....and she had managed to zoom out. That wouldn't change the font though?  You could try it in case ......press Control and the minus button (-).

If that doesn't work I'm stumped...and we'll have to call Fluffy back.

I've just tried it myself and it does make the font look all funny. So I'm crossing my fingers for you!

Thanks Ducky - I've tried that and my font has got bigger but it's still the different shape! Very odd. I've just had a windows update that failed - and then this happened so I don't know if that caused it!

I will put out a call for Zaph then Liverbird. Bat man stylie.

So are you now letting the page choose it's own font or are you imposing the font that's in the 'tools' etc.?

If you untick the "Allow pages to choose their own fonts..." then 'OK' your way out of Tools then go back and tick it and 'OK' it again do you see a change of font between the ticked and unticked state?

Yes it's different! not that same how it was before but it's different!

Been googling a bit and it seems that Vista users have suffered from changes to Font appearance after updates. Not just in browsers either. 

Have a look at this page and see if what it suggests is relevant...
