coffee mostly, lavatza italian ,black, strong, no sugar,if i'm in proper coffee mode , or instant  decaff kenco if i'm in slob mode( which is most mornings), little milk in the kenco and no sugar.

i drink tea now and then has to be strong, punjana  is good,  with very little milk and no sugar.

milk always goes in first in  coffee and last in tea.

And woe betide anyone doing all three at the same time.....

i did all three today to try it out, not in any sort of  order though. apart from a healthy glow

to the nose, i'm sure my heart coped with the process.

Har ! I was at the doc,I have dry eyes, they water during the day but at night time ,after i wake up I can feel that my eyelid on my right eye is "sticking" to my eyeball.....oh great!I have anti- biotic drops for five days as my eyeball is maybe a bit infected.Doc stated the watering during the day is the bodies way of trying to lubricate  the eyeball.

So I am also due for my sight test at the optician now.Doc stated the optician will state the type of eye lubrication I may need...phwerrr!

Oh! It sounds like something I've just been treated for and is quite severe. I ended up at Sunderland eye infirmary about two years ago.......New Years day and and has to do with the 'rubbish' in your eyes getting behind the eyeball. It's never really gone away but keep having frequent visits to the hospital. It's horrendous
