Nope. I don't think there are any words in there per se. It's actually said in once stream, all together, no punctuation.

I do actually know this, because Dave Gorman did a routine about it.
It's a place in New Zealand, and it has the world's longest place-name (or at least, it's the longest in English, or as an English translation).
Dave Gorman did an episode of "Modern Life is Goodish" about "fun facts", and he told the (apparently true) story of a pub quiz he took part in where one of the questions required them to name the worlds longest place-name (with bonus points if you could spell it). Now, Dave knew that the correct answer was "TaumatawhakatangiÂhangakoauauotamateaÂturipukakapikimaungaÂhoronukupokaiwhenÂuakitanatahu", and he could actually spell it (as he demonstrated on the show!), so he was rather annoyed when the quizmaster announced that the correct answer was "LlanfairÂpwllgwyngyllÂgogeryÂchwyrnÂdrobwllÂllanÂtysilioÂgogoÂgoch". Dave complained, and was initially told "Oh, but we're looking for an English place-name." When Dave continued to complain that his English translation of a New Zealand name was still considerably longer than an English translation of a Welsh name, the quizmaster got rather tetchy, and announced "well, it doesn't really matter: it's only meant to be a fun fact".

I believe @Kaffs came up with the answer I was going for.
The answer in song for appears at the beginning of the song just after the countdown, or again about 2 mins in.
Well done Kaffs......

Yes: well done Kaffs!
You learn something new every day: I remember that song, but I had absolutely no idea he was singing Maori - I just assumed it was made-up "Native American.
From Wiki:
The label's MD, Jeremy Thomas, believed that the song "The Lone Ranger" was a potential hit single if only it had something more "interesting" for the intro.
Hine picked up on his remark and sang the longest word in the world (listed in The Guinness Book of Records) a capella, replacing the original intro to the song altogether. The word in question, taken from the language of the Maori, New Zealand's indigenous people, was the name of the hill TaumatawhakatangiÂhangakoauauotamateaÂturipukakapikimaungaÂhoronukupokaiwhenÂuakitanatahu in Hawke's Bay, New Zealand. On the record, the word (made to sound as if it were Native American, in keeping with the Lone Ranger and Tonto theme) is chanted as follows:
Taumata-whaka-tangi-hanga-kuayuwo
tamate-aturi-pukaku-piki-maunga
horonuku-pokaiawhen-uaka-tana-tahu
mataku-atanganu-akawa-miki-tora
Don't I get a point from quoting the song?
