Suspicion on DS seems to be that Tashie and/or Romane released it themselves. Shades of Kenneth Tong releasing nude photos of Karly after they split, perhaps?

I had a look (in the interests of verification) and can confirm it's her. I heard that the guy in the movie released it, without her permission. If so, he's a s***!  If she was the one to release it then she is even more desperate for fame/infamy than I thought!
