I know you're allowed to take Laptops on planes, but what about accessories? Such as: plugs and wires? Are they allowed?
I can't seem to find anything about the accessories online.

I took the charger with me in my hand luggage when we went to Turkey. It was handy because I could charge it in the airport before boarding. It was a lifesaver for the kids.
yes you should be able to take accessories - just remember to take them all out of your carry case when you go through security 
We took the laptop and plugs, wires etc in our hand luggage when we went to Prague, and there were no problems, Rawks.

Yikes! Doesn't that mean you have to pay full dollar for a flight at short notice then? 
Rawks, I've taken my lappy plus all kinds of plugs, gizmos etc in my hand luggage with no problem. As Pengy said, you've just got to stick them all in one of those trays when you go through security.
