I like to think I do a decent job of managing my finances, but one area I have stupidly never looked at is my utilities (in my case electrickery).
Just done a Uswitch check and found that Scottish Power can save me nearly ÂĢ181 per year.
I'm with Npower and really peed off that every year they send my direct debit from ÂĢ40 odd quid to nearly ÂĢ90 quid for the winter months despite the fact that they always give me a rebate at the end of winter of well over ÂĢ100. All I want is for a reasonable consistent level of payment, not violent swings.
So anyone else made a switch and did it go well?
Also Scottish Power have a customer rating of 66%, should that figure be of worry?
Any of our Scottish FM's us them?
