Here is a list of the christmas presents Ive got so far for my friends, tell me if they are duds hehe: 

 

a cushion with a giant panda on ( she loves pandas) and zombie blood shower gel ( she likes zombies hehe) 

 

A umbrella that changes colour in the rain and some hand cream in an owl pot that can be used to put stuff in when the cream is used up. 

 

A book about my friends favourite artist that shows her work being used for tattoos ( she loves tattoos hehe) and a shower gel in the shape of strawberry jam jar that comes with a sponge the shape of a piece of bread  

 

they are for my closest friends what do you think?

I went to Hobby Craft yesterday to buy brown paper and came out £65 poorer.  I bought this to make for the grandboy. (Even Mr C was in awe of all the things for sale in there)

Get yourself to Team Valley 

I've been to 3 shops tonight and got almost all of my kids presents for xmas  I'm really happy that part is almost out of the way as it costs a small fortune.  Went out with £500 in my purse and came back with a fiver but at least I know they're more or less sorted for xmas no matter what.  Just some stuff off ebay and some football stuff and they're done.

 

 

There's loads of trees and decorations up round my area  way too early for me although I was very, very early last year and had them up for the 23rd of November 

Cinds, I love team valley! Hobbycraft is one of my favourite places, and if you haven't already been you should definitely check out Country Baskets!

Ells! That's some spending spree well done for getting it done though when will you wrap them?

Forgot to say; I've started christmas crying! I do it every year, I get myself all excited and cry! It starts with movies, I cry when the characters realise the meaning of Christmas etc and then I'll just well up when I see a Christmas tree.. Cry after I've put my own up.. Then end up exhausted lol

I hate the wrapping part  Usually once I know I have everything in for everyone then I'll wrap.  That's when I usually say to the OH that we haven't bought enough for the boys and that I need to get more big things to bulk out the stash  He cracks up every year but gives in.

 

Now I hate the rest of the shopping.  Clothes for the boys and me and the OH which takes multiple trips to town buying, exchanging etc and then presents for other people.  I like giving people presents but I detest having to go find something that I think they will like!  

Jen I don't know about you but this Xmas carry on for kids is getting way too expensive for my liking  The older they get the less toys they want and they opt for gadgets instead.

Just bought my little Jack an Innotab (V Tech) for his birthday. His b'[day is Christmas Day but we're celebrating on Nov 25th - anyone know if they're any good?

 

Not sure Soozy but my Mum also bought one of those the other day when we did her xmas shopping so hopefully the kids love them!!

We'd better hope they are good then

I think we're going to have to have an early birthday party for my eldest aswell.  His birthday is 21st December but there's usually snow on the ground so some people can't get to parties etc.

Chris Evans had that Mickey Bubble as a guest and we were treated to a couple of songs from his new Christmas Album. Silent Night was disgraceful but he made a decent fist of Frosty the Snowman in a Stan Kenton stylie. Of course in today's atmosphere one daren't even admit to liking Kenton.

I've never heard of Stan Kenton ... But I do love a bit of the Bubble man!

Stan Kenton had one of those 1940's big bands, the best IMO. Absolutely tight and a great fusion of swing and jazz. Alas! He was also a heavy drinker and it has recently been suggested that he sexually abused his daughter.

Summer, my youngest son bought me a Christmas related gift today. Its a musical Christmas tree which is also a biscuit tin.

Tonight I am planning on writing my Christmas cards.  I say writing, but I will actually be stamping them as I have purchased a personalised Merry Christmas stamp, and my other cards have been done by Moonpig.  Christmas cards, the lazy way

Mr Woo keeps asking me to get one of those disgusting (IMO) foot scrubber things that are advertised on TV. Every time I go shopping I come back and say .......'.oooooh sorry I forgot'.

 

It will make his Christmas to get one of those as a gift - he'll go on and on about it. He's a funny old bugger is Mr Woo

 

 

 

In no way does it compare to Cinds present to Mr Cinds of a game keepers day but - I guarantee - he will be as equally pleased
