My OH is a newly converted xmas lover....my excitement runs off on him.  He had a few family problems the last few days but I made sure that no1 rang him with their problems or to tell him what was going on (I didn't want him worrying about anything that wasn't majorly important) and he had a lovely stress free day and is now still setting up xbox love accounts etc  No rest for the wicked

I was in  at 6 am and by 9 I was in Costa's having coffee,I tried the Gingerbread Latte ,no likey

Got home around 10.30 and went to bed

I was delighted with my bargains ,it was very busy  

I was in Glasgow this afternoon in search of a Barbour - got nout and couldn't get out fast enough.

 

 

 

To late when the sales start early morning.

I heard that the Newcastle sales were full of tiny or massive sizes, damaged stuff and last years holiday tat. One man did get a nice new jacket in superdry though so he's happy

I have been really good food wise until tonight! I have just eaten 9 celebration sweetsGutted.

I did the same last night! Why do we do that? ...................My kids are so naughty - they wont take all their sweets home because they always have a 'good' January. My house is like a sweet shop  I've got the boys tomorrow - sure they'll get stuck in.

 

The thing is I can take chocs or leave them usually. It's the cheese (in the garage out of the way) that's calling me.

9?! That's not many, I would eat at least 20 in a day! Since my cold, my taste buds have been wonky and I'm loving cheese more than my usual sweets!

I never really eat sweets like that but if there's any ferrero rocher going spare I wouldn't be counting how many I was eating.

Lol I had an email from a Xmas loving friend yesterday, she's very sad it's coming to an end and is already planning her theme for next year too! We had similar ideas about gift wrapping styles

Thats so small it won't make any difference. You're allowed treats at Christmas Erin... just enjoy yourself and start all over in the New Year

With only 295 sleeps to go, I decided to buy some cookie cutters and have a mess around with some air drying clay. It was tremendous fun! 

 

These, once painted, will be tree decorations, present trimmings and part of my cards... 

and some for the tree or gifts...

i can't take credit for the gingerbread men, a friend of mine let me copy her  

This years theme is Candy Canes btw
