I cut the edges off my Christmas cake this morning, and put the marzipan on it.

Then I went out for a very *cough* Christmassey lunch with very good friends.

Since I've been home (about 10 minutes) I've eaten two of the edges of the aforementioned Christmas cake!!

I might go to bed soon ...

*wonders if Rexi went off to bed*

I've baked more biscotti tonight, PLUS I have prepped my breaded herb stuffing, which will now go in the freezer until Christmas Eve, then be baked in the oven on Christmas day topped with some rashers of streaky bacon.

Made my sausage rolls tonight .......................delicious!!

I used the very low fat sausages (took the meat out)from Sainsburys - they're really delicious - mixed it all up with onion, garlic, leeks and finely chopped prunes ...........really, really nice. 

Sounds nice Sooz, except for the prunes 

No honestly - they make it really nice - trust me - I'm not really into prunes but they add a bit of juiciness!

I've just made my list for Santa.

I actually made the list, wrote the product numbers, made the reservations and wrote down directions to the shops.

If he f*cks that up then I despair!

My boy will be home in a couple of hours ...........Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay!
