I’ve got my cards ..and my daughters present ...a a couple more ....so quite early for me

I've just finished gluing the hands on my angels arms, phew! I can't wait to just get to the wings, they're going to be fabulous

ive made my prototype, I just need to figure out how to draw the face, and decide on hair detail. I'm thinking a touch of glitter here & there

Cards bought, paper bought, crackers bought, most presents bought, new fold down sofa bed bought (extra guests anticipated) ... need to buy theatre tickets for boxing day, then start cooking and freezing.

Yup! Bit worried about it this year though ... I made a rich fruit cake for an occassion in June ... it didn’t get eaten, so I froze it and it’s gonna become my Christmass cake. I’m thinking if I drizzle enough brandy over it it will be okay!

I checked with hubby and he says, make sure it's thoroughly defrosted, put some holes in it with a skewer, add the brandy and it will be fine.

If he's wrong, I'll happily whack him on your behalf.
