Here we go fellow crimbo fans, it's time to start getting really really excited!!!



I've got my Xmas cards half made and a second bunting garland sewing project on the go.
Visitors are invited and we've booked dinner out, and several events are booked too- including the polar express

You always know when summer is over because the shops are stacked, floor to ceiling, with tins of Quality Street etc on special offer.  You go into the shop on a Friday and think 'Oh, I must take advantage of this offer, get a tin and put it away for Christmas'.  A couple of hours later the lid is off and you're sitting on the sofa surrounded by chocolate wrappers, rummaging through through the tin looking for the last green triangle etc.

 

(Not that I have ever done this, you understand)

we never have a tin with orange or strawberry creams
