Morrisons because the Sainsburys is too small and I don't like Tescos.
Morrisons is good though
Asda for me Zazz
I like a good breakfast @ an Asda with a cafe!!..... have you spent ÂĢ40 and got ÂĢ5 voucher for next time yet, Baz?
Morrisons, because it's closer than Asda and bigger than the nearest Tesco.

Watching I'm a celeb - well actually I am doing a "Dr Who" and hiding behind my laptop ( like I use to hide behind a cushion when watching Dr Who as a child).
It is truly horrible

Are you collecting the receipts to get your ÂĢ25 for xmas?
I am watching I'm a celeb and laughing my arse off at this eating task GROSS!!!
Teso only because it's the closest. I have to keep myself away from Sainsburys coz it has KFC right next door to it and I can't pass that up. We have no Asda or Morrisons or Aldi. Lidl is shite and M&S is a bit costly for feeding a family of 4.

No Asda or Aldi?! that is criminal !!
I don't understand Aldi
Sainsbury's but only because it's the closest. If my neighbour goes to Asda , then I cadge a lift with her or sometimes I nip into the Co-op in our local High Street

I love taking the trip to Asda, it's a few towns away but I like the drive and THEY have KFC next door to it!!! Results all round.
I don't understand Aldi
nor me
more expensive than asda
not as many staff on the tills
and they wallop your items through the checkout
nice cheeses though

I haven't heard of any of the makes of products - so I am not happy buying them. They all seemed t be imported,
Morrisons because it's the nearest and most convenient - for many years I was an avid Sainsburys shopper even though it was a tad inconvenient ..........................TBH - they're overpriced and .............not worth the effort. I do a mid week M&S shop for little bits and bobs but ..............it's Morrisons hands down for me - they have a new 'luxury' range .............the belly pork and sirloin with stilton are ........simply lovely.
Even though the choice can be limited sometimes (I can live with it) ..........I vote Morrisons

It is wonderful!! you need to just get into it!!
Waitrose mainly, but I also pop into our local Sainsbury's Local.
I still shop at the butchers, fishmonger and greengrocer; supermarkets are for toiletries, cleaning products and store cupboard stuff.

Depends what you use Aldi for though....you cant beat some of their stuff for price, and the fact it isnt a well known brand, dont mean it isnt equally as tasty!! Their tuna steaks are great!! and a fraction of the price from anywhere else!!

I haven't heard of any of the makes of products - so I am not happy buying them. They all seemed t be imported,
they're German Eileen and a lot of the stuff is imported from Germany like Lidl. Our local Lidl seems to be stocking a lot more branded stuff these days. They apparently use British produce where it's meat and dairy.
I only go for the household stuff which is cracking stuff
Local Tesco. Best bargain bin.
And Lidl - best value at full prices esp. meat and veg.

Thanks Pengy
We have a Lidl - I may have another look.
Asda as it's the nearest, however a new Tesco is opening(today) on the old BIG W premises, but it's not on a bus route.

I have none on your list near me
I have none on your list near me
What have you got? I thought all of those dominated pretty much the whole country.

I mean;t locally as in walking or bus, the nearest too me is co-op and they are very expensive we have 2 on one street
I have no M+S - Sainsburys - Morrisons or Waitrose so I am an Asda shopper as our Tesco hasnt been as good since it went 24/7 - too many empty shelves in the middle of the day
I do an occassional shop in Aldi and seem to buy more each time I go there
I still use my Village butcher and a small farm shop for fresh fruit and veg
Zazz I am saving my ÂĢ5 Asda vouchers till the last week and will do a larger shop and buy all the naughty fat and sugary treats for christmas as we are virtually a fat and sugar free household
[ nice cheeses Butter and proper shortbread are top of the list as OH is a diabetic and these things he really misses the most so are a treat ]

Ooooooooooooh ........that's a real shame. Does he let it go a bit at Christmas? I've dieted in the past and restricted all the sugars and fats etc. but I'd hate to have a condition where it was a total NO NO. Is he allowed a bit of a treat for a couple of days?
Tesco, only because it's the closest so I basically know where everything is, so I can shop in next to no time. Next would be Asda, but their layout makes no sense to me, and don't even get me started on the Asda next to the Metrocentre

Knowing the layout is a major plus - I hate going into an unfamiliar shop and not knowing where everything is.
There's a co-op in my village and it's a dirty, rank looking place; I wouldn't set foot in it even for a newspaper nevermind buying food! And it's the same at Asda's in the main town; filthy, rancid looking - it puts you off before you've even entered the place.
