I don't get it either - seems all she eats is crisp sandwiches?

One of the reasons I havne't become a vegetarian (other than bacon) is I have no idea how to have a balanced diet based on vegetables alone. I know there is protein in pulses and stuff, but I'm too lazy to do the research.

Sunshine's diet is not healthy at all considering what she doesn't eat (like vegetables).

I was going to say that, Yogi - she certainly would not advocate her own diet to any patients she might treat.
I would hope not!  Unless she counts each crisp as one of her 5 a day!

I have to watch my diet carefully and try to avoid taking more meds than I have to.  When I was put on Bicarb, I tried to concince my consultant that I could just eat lots of cakes, but he wasn't convinced. Sunshine should really know better.

You are absolutely right, Moomin.

Sunshine is going to damage her health if she continues to eat such a limited diet. There is no way she can get the required vitamins and minerals from crisp sandwiches. I believe she told Ben she used to have an eating disorder. I would suggest, she still has.

I actually heard her say a bit more about her supposedly cured eating disorder today

apparently she felt she didn't deserve food; ;then the camera cut away so I didn't get the rest..

isn't the 'veganism' a cover for the disorder 'recovery' ie starting to eat but only a few foods that just happen to be vegan too?

surely as a Doctor she would know what she should eat as a vegan to ensure a balanced diet. ?

Think she needs to go sort her head out a bit..
