I'm quite early despite my late night.
Bathed and eaten a couple of eggs.
Watched the Formula One Qualifying and now out for a walk and coffee before getting back for the highlights of the Formula One race in Australia later on the BBC.
Sometimes I watch MotD and then Marr and then Nicky Campbell's studio of attention seeking nutjobs debating the existence of god, the veil, the morality of gay marriage and any of 6 other subjects.
I'm sometimes hung over so bypass all of the above.
