I got it on a cut price DVD (when HMV was closing down) and have only just got round to watching it now

No one needs to earn ÂĢ1M per year.

I'm talking Western society. I don't doubt people work hard, but does one person on ÂĢ1M work that much harder than say a person on ÂĢ30,000 per year? They would say more responsibility but I would argue responsibility is shared by management layers.
