Yogi my drier has an ironing setting on it but even without using that setting everything still comes out nice and wrinkle free.  If I pull something out of a drawer and it's wrinkly it goes in the drier for 5 minutes  yes my electric suffers.

If there's a shirt or something that is really wrinkled then I send the OH up to my Mums with it and she irons it while he waits then brings it back.

Now....let me set you all straight.  I DID have an iron but the OH's mother borrowed it and never gave it back and when I needed it once we realised she had it for about 8 months so we just never felt the need to replace it.  Actually I got it back off her and it was wrecked and I said to the OH that I wanted her to replace it but she never did.  Or, more likely, he never told her I wanted it replaced.

First of all I by clothes labelled 'Easy care'

When the dryer stops I wheech them out right away, give them a shake and hang themup (if it's a shirt) or drape them over the couch back and smooth them out to cool.

If some reason has stopped me from grabbing them the moment the dryer stops and they have got creased, then wet a towel, wring it out, and chuck it into the dryer with the creased clothes and tumble for about 20 - 30 minutes and follow the above proceedure of wheeching, hanging and smoothing.

On very special occasions I might be persuaded to iron something for an extra smooth/crisp finish.

Love all the wheeching in your reply, Fluffs.

I've tried wheeching shirts out of the dryer and hanging them up straight away - I've even bought "non-iron" shirts, but I still feel the compulsion need to run the iron over them.

I feel so virtuous ........................been on my running machine for 15 minutes brisk walking and even broke into a little jog.

Got on the scales this morning  Don't think I've been this weight since flirty thirty

I've got decisions to make TBH - I'm a bit addicted to dieting - son't want to go too low - how do you know? Mr Woo says I can probanly go another few pounds - difficult one.

Well done Soozy  I love hearing how well you're doing it.  It makes me kick myself up the arse!

First night at the gym for me, we didn't get to do an actual workout coz our induction was at 8pm and the gym closed at 8:45 but we got a half hour done.  I like the exercise bike and think I will base my workouts around that.  Now off to google how best to spend my hour or so in the gym!

I used to use exercise bike, rowing machine and finish on treadmill. I have a rowing machine in the spare bedroom - might brush the cobwebs off  I think it's my favorite exercise TBH.

Well done you anyway Keep us posted how it's all going.

Just gotta share this with you

Mr Woo is 60 tomorrow - he went into work this morning and found balloons, banners and a cake all there waiting. The manageress did it last night (bless) - she got the date wrong.

Being tactless as he is -  Mr Woo rang her up and told her - she yo;d him to take it all down before anyone else came in and she'd do it again tonight if she had time ........failing that he could do it himself

Hilarious.
