What horrible news.

Some friends of ours were called to the house next door yesterday by the five year old boy - he said 'mummys fallen over' - the woman next door aged 34 was laying on the floor - my friend is a nurse did CPR as did her husband but they said she was properly dead when they arrived.

Sounds like it may have been a pulmonary embolism (she was being treated by the doctor for chest pains) she had apparently had a blood clot after the birth of her second child aged 2.

How very, very sad and so tragic for the children to witness it all. The Dad was out at work

I know she has worked hard and dieted, and well done Josie, but she is still airbrushed.

Soozy that's just awful, those poor children' bad enough to lose a parent so young but to see it all too.

My neighbour lost her boyfriend in very similar circumstances the week before Christmas.

I think that weird photo of [a probably digitally altered] Josie sums up all that is wrong with the portrayal of "celeb" women in  womens' mags and The Daily Fail etc. How is that to be applauded. She looks awful and nothing like herself.

Do women actually buy that stuff? Scary. Like with CBB... Chantelle turned from a down to earth normal girl into a pap photo obsessed crazy person...  it just turns ordinary people into freaks, in every sense. Who feeds this interest...

That's good  - but scary if she's got a nut allergy.

Ooh sorry Skylark - he took it home and I've not seen it since. I'll ask him (or his mum and dad) tomorrow.

To be honest, it's not the DM, it's the magazine that's airbrushed the life out of Josie (undoubtedly with her permission).  The DM are more likely to show a warts 'n' all unflattering pic so their readership can have a good old fashioned bitching session!

As for the likes of Chantelle/Josie etc, surely it's getting a bit boring now, isn't it?

When the country's in such a mess and we have food banks, these pampered do nothing idiots are starting to annoy me much more than they used to.  Chantelle's fat-thin-fat again-thin again.  Married, engaged, divorced, engaged again, separated again, mournfully pushing a pram with her sad-eyed, glum expression starts to grate.

Is she just intending that she makes her crust by people following her through her dull life and her self-inflicted unfortunate life and romantic choices forever?

I quite liked Chantelle on CBB (didn't like Josie at all but that's by the by) and I did think she was too emotionally fragile for the lifestyle she's chosen but never the less, I do find myself thinking - use your easy money to do something useful and creative - for once!!!!

Tell us how you get on Erin  I tried both treadmill and exercise bike at home.. found the treadmill good but hard work. The sweat lashes of you.The exercise bike seemed easier somehow... though the computer said I worked off the same calories.

Good luck!

I sold mine last year.  I didn't have room for it downstairs so it had to be folded up and usually ended up with coats etc hung on it which meant that every time I wanted to use it I had to clear it of coats, drag it to the space I could use it in, unfold it, hook it up to the extension leads and by the time I'd done all that I was sweating!!

I did love it once I was on it though, happily walked for 2 hours at a time with my headphones on.

I've replaced it with one of these

I've never used it.

Ells
