If it's still there, A Taste of Persia is good

Actually now I think about it there was one disappointment about Red Mezze. I only wanted tzatziki (can't remember the Turkish name-cacik?) if they had bread. He assured me they did, but then brought a basket of pita. I assumed that they would make bread on site. Still one of the better meals I've had in The UK for several years mind.

Why would someone do this ?

Police are trying to trace a man who launched an unprovoked attack on a 16 year-old girl in Plaistow, knocking her unconscious. The attack happened outside the Black Lion pub in High Street on Tuesday November 13th just after midday. A CCTV camera filmed the man running up behind the victim and knocking her to the ground with one punch to her head.

Chris Moyles, Music Industry Trust Awards 2012
Moyles, who reportedly earned ÂĢ500,000 a year before leaving Radio 1, saw his case dismissed by Judge Colin Bishopp because of the "obvious public interest" in disproving "that riches or fame can buy anonymity".
HM Revenue & Customs has already confirmed that the legal tax scheme Moyles was a part of did not work.
Summarising Moyles's argument in a preliminary hearing, Bishopp said: "If it were to become public knowledge that he availed himself of a tax avoidance scheme, his career might be damaged and his earning capacity reduced.
"He is already the focus of media interest for other reasons, much of it hostile."
However, Bishopp ruled: "The fact that a taxpayer is rich, or that he is in the public eye, does not seem to me to dictate a different approach.
"On the contrary, it may be that hearing the appeal of such a person in private would give rise to the suspicion that riches or fame can buy anonymity, and protection from the scrutiny which others cannot avoid."
Judge Bishopp kept Moyles's identity secret - referring to him as just 'Mr A' - to give him time to appeal.
Moyles is currently still under contract with the BBC and a spokesperson for the corporation said that aggressive tax avoidance on BBC income would "very likely" be seen as an infringement. However, it is not known whether Moyles tried to avoid tax on BBC earnings.

I'd have been v disappointed with that Joe, I'm not a bread lover, (or a fan  of much Turkish food,) but I adore freshly made hot lavas or 'puffa bread' as we English tend to call it

Erin I couldn't see the video last night as I was using my phone, but having watched it this morning, it's even worse than I imagined.  It was like he did it 'because he could'.  Bloody hell, that was awful

Geez that was an awful punch!  Poor girl was knocked out soon as he hit her, God knows what damage that fall did to her face too.

Retweeted a clip of this yesterday, heres an article on it, says she was treated for bruising to her head and cuts to her face   http://www.lbc.co.uk/watch-gir...rovoked-attack-63166

What scares me is he followed for 500meters from outside her home! So he knows where she lives too

Amazing how it worked. One level between Ken Barlow's wife and that Jacobi bloke, but lots of exciting stuff to fall out of the woodwork. Anne Reid was perfectly cast. The rest? Jacobi! Tom Courtney must have turned it down. Ruth and her son off the tops? Sarah Lancashire on Bus No 69 to Axminster? ....... And yet it worked. Was her son related to Spud?
