Fab episode! Dr Who? Dr Who? Dr Who?

I loved it, Saz - and Steven Moffatt's been tweeting to thank all the fan who saw it before it was aired for not spoiling the surprise,. it was shown in several countries, and at the Edinburgh TV Festival and not one single spoiler was leaked.

OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG

Homework and me really don't get along.  My eldest has this way of dragging his homework out for as long as possible and doing everything he can to try to get away from it for a few minutes.  Needs a wee.  Needs a drink.  Has an itchy nose. He's too hot.  He needs a rubber.  Needs another pencil.

Then he says he can't remember how to do something so I explain it.  'No' he says, 'that's not how we learnt it' so he explains to me how he works it out.  So then I point out that he DID know how to do it in the first place then.

Last year he had homework everyday that took 2 hours to get through.  Now he's P7 and will have more homework and also revision for his transfer test from school AND revision and homework from his tutor for the transfer test AAAAAAAAAANNNDDD  he's making his confirmation after xmas so they'll be doing work for that too.

I can't cope

The amount of times I get stressed out trying to show him how to work something out is ridiculous.  I'm so glad I never became a teacher, I have no patience!

2lbs is great, well done you  <<<<<<<<<<< SW applause  I go to Slimming world where I live, the best decision i ever made ..............

Slimming World is great IMO - I've been on the phone tonight telling my sister - she does weight watchers online and it's not really working.

I really hope this time when I get to target that I can maintain it - the thing is SW eating plan isn't too hard really.

Well ...................he came out all smiles and looking so grown up in his school uniform. I gave him a good grilling - he likes all the teachers (I think they were mob handed with teaching assistants today) he sat next to William at lunch, he did a painting with green and yellow paint and 'just played really'. Awwww - my little baby.

God only knows when I'll get a new baby in the house - I'm getting pretty pathetic but I just love it. I will miss my little Jack - he's such good company.

Aww Sooz, I was like that when my youngest went off to school.  He just made my days so amusing and I missed him terribly.....til I got used to all the free time!

I honestly can't remember my eldest's first day at school  I have pictures of it but I really can't remember it for myself  That always makes me feel bad but I think back then I was struggling with a few things and maybe it wasn't the best time for me.

Anyway.....this year I was of mixed feelings of them going back to school.  Glad to have a break from their fighting but sad for them that the majority of their week is now school and homework.

Someone's looking for a wee car that can fit in the garage during winter.

Fiesta's - 16/17 " alloys buckle and are made of chocolate

A1's drink oil

Swift Sport - snap oversteer

ColtRalliart - ditto

Polo - the 1.2tsi has doubts

Ibiza - too plain

Cooper S's - internet littered with engine probs.

Jeez can no-one make a decent small car

Or a bigger garage?
