Thank you, we're trying.
Whatever happens, the sale of ours is happening, so we're moving out regardless. We're busy sorting stuff for charity, bin, or storage & have rented a storage unit for our furniture to go in to tomorrow. So IF *finger crossed* the purchase of the new house happens, the furniture (apart from beds) is stored while we rip the place apart.
