Jen what a nightmare with your knee. How is it now?

I was thinking I hadn't seen you post in a while, how are you?

Its a lot better but still weak, I'm gonna keep using the brace and be very careful of twisting it etc. Ive got docs on the 18th about it and I'm gonna keep going back til she sends for MRI.

Good idea Jen. Hopefully that'll keep your full weight off it and prevent further damage

Hopefully that will help & the MRI will give a better diagnosis.

1954 Chevrolet. It was beautiful.

ION, I also had a lovely postcard off Rawky waiting for me when I got home.

It is beautiful. Must have been so evocative riding along in that Cinds

Hope you had a good time in Cuba, it must be quite a place to visit!

It was beautiful Rog, I would definitely recommend& will go again despite the 10 hour flight. I loved the place. The place & people were amazing. We also swam with dolphins, full on with dolphins, putting their faces on ours. It wasn't in a manmade sea world place, which I don't think I would have liked at all, but a natural lagoon that they could leave.

I've just been out in lovely Durham. I'd took my nephew out for dinner as it's his 30th birthday.

ANYWAY, we popped in to the Market Tavern for a drink after the meal while we waited for our taxi.  I went to visit the LADIES ROOM, and when I say Ladies room, I think I was mistaken, as what I encountered was definitely not lady like behaviour.

I walked in to the ladies, to be confronted with a woman in her 50's, skirt pulled up to her waist, no pants & drying her fanny with the hand dryer.

Oh & while I'm here,I'm going to moan about other stuff.  So step daughter always asking us for money cos she's skint, a year ago started she wanted a to get a puppy.  I said, first, you are always asking for money so you cannot afford a dog, and if you get a dog NEVER ask us to borrow money again, because if you can afford a dog blah blah. Also, if you get a dog YOU must insure it, and if you cannot afford to insure it, do not get a dog.

But then I'd also said, you live in a flat, please wait until you move to a house & have a garden.

So they got a puppy 5 months ago.  The puppy jumped off their balcony this week and broke it's legs.  Guess what, no insurance.

Cinds,

I am out in a public place having a coffee and read your post.

I proper laughed out loud at your final sentence. Everyone around me thought I was bonkers but it was worth it.

Top post *thumbs ups*

Sorry you had to witness that, Cinds.  I'd hoped to complete the procedure before anyone walked in.

I'm flattered that you thought I was only in my 50's, though!
