I've just nearly had heart failure at my next Virgin Bill 

 

I've just looked at my account this afternoon. They were about to take £132 off me (I pay 47 a month) but they phoned me last week with a better deal after I said I was redundant and couldn't pay them that any more. So I said I would go with another provider. Virgin phoned me back last week cos other provider wanted them to release my phone number (I want to keep the same one).

 

I asked where that figure had come from and could they help. Turns out they'd put the yearly phone charge on but hadn't given me the credit for it

They said they're going to put it right Jen, and I have looked a bit later on from the call and the credit isn't there. I'll give it overnight/a couple of days

I've just tried to apply for a job....clicked on the apply button which took me to an agency site, to be told that I'd already applied for this job back on 17th May WTF!! it's now June 4th

Back in the day, when I had Virgin, they took over £600 out of my bank, instead of 21.50,luckily nothing bounced, but I ranted at Virgin and fair doo's to them they didn't charge me anything at all for the next 12 months.

They repaid the £600 + into my account.

 

I so hope that my cycling mad colleague has not seen this, it's brilliant.

 

I've just checked my account and I'm now £31.78 in credit 

Jeepers! What the hell are they feeding him and maybe more importantly....how often

Aims, I'd get banned for what I really wanted to say about this government and how they treat people. so it's really best that I don't say anything at all
