I have 2 cherry blossom trees, which I adore. One out front, one out back. I love this time of year when they blossom. However, front tree always blooms before back tree. Here's a couple of pics I took today.

So Mr Cinds & I have been in discussions about adding another Dog to our family. We're fancying a Golden Retriever, (female). At the minute we're thinking about 2 names. Either Barbara or Lynda. What do you think?

got down to the last two so I'm quite impressed with myself, they said I did well in the interview but the other woman had more experience than me and they will come back to me if she doesn't work out.
The manager at the place I'm currently at has applied elsewhere as her husband has just left her and she wants out of Nottingham, so there's been talk of me being offered assistant manager
maybe that's why I didn't get the other job as I really do want to stay where I am

I've had 3 go's at closing down with the boss shadowing me and it's bloody hard, I've got 3 pages of instructions all that just to close a till down and log the takings
