I've certainly not heard of that before.

Boss had just finished on maternity leave and person interviewing me ran the floor and the patients.  Admin wasn't their thing I'm guessing

A week or so before I went off to Spain I had a phone call off a good friend in bits as she had been diagnosed with skin cancer, she had appointments in the week I've been away, got back today and have tried calling her, she has her phone off, which is worrying me, I know for other reasons, she rarely switches her phone off.

Anyway, she blogs. I've just read her latest (Wednesday), and it's .... an amazing read, in depth of how she is feeling, but as her friend, sad because she is cocooning herself.

I did consider posting her blog entry here, because it is, I don't even know the words to use for what it is, all I can think is, not self pitying, but a gods honest view of facing cancer.

I know she had to go back on Tuesday for more invasive tests, then to see the Oncologist on Thursday for the results. So she blogged Wednesday, and has now cut herself off.

I am not a praying kind of person, but if you can, good vibes sent her way would be greatly appreciated.

Consider it done, Cinds.

Did I tell you that our dehumidifier failed leaving a pool of water on the kitchen carpet. Bought a new one yesterday.
Clothesline broke, bought a new one yesterday.
Yesterday we took a load of books and DVDs down to a charity shop South of here.
At approx 19:00 Mrs Jer asked if I had seen her work diary. We spent a couple of hours upturning everything.
Surely she couldn't have given it to Mrs Sue Ryder??
(Yes she could)

**shakes fist in Aimee's general direction**

Has it been caught in the early stages, Cinds?

Hope the op goes well.

I don't know. But I bloody hope so.

Haven't heard from her since the last message.

The waiting is a nightmare and I know it's pointless to say 'try not to worry'. I hope you hear some good news soon.
