what did you do?

how long can this crap last?

did you get really bad headaches?

did you feel like you got flu?

one more question

how the bloody hell did you get rid of it?

and hey jen, hows you?

Well....

My doctor gave me an antiseptic cream to put on it...

It took about 6 weeks to go...

Nope, no headaches, just an itchy red rash...

Nope, no flu like symptoms either...

It just went on its own

I hope you feel better soon

They've halted at the moment. I'm away next week, so might book him some for when I'm back. But we're not insuring the car until the end of June when our business motor insurance is renewed, as it will come down loads as we are no longer transporting hazardous materials and Odd Kid will be 18, so it should cost about ÂĢ800 to insure it with him as the main driver.

Did I mention the hellish weekend we just had with Grandkids? If I did, sorry but here it is again.

So two of them came to stay, we visited people, we all went out for a nice early dinner on Saturday evening. Got home around 8pm, daughter got little girl grandchild ready for bed, put her down, went to check on her 30 mins later and she was projectile vomiting (the real stinky 'been fermenting in her belly for hours' vomit).

So all of upstairs was stinking. Daughter asked if I had spare cot sheets? Why would I have cot sheets? The only thing I had was the towels I use for the dogs, they were clean!! Anyway she got bathed and settled to bed. Thankfully no more puking.

Fast forward to next morning, I'm still half asleep in bed & can hear daughter pottering around upstairs getting the kids ready. Next thing I hear this clatter, then daughter scream, followed by girl grandchild squealing. Ran out to see what has happened. Girl grandchild had only ran and thrown herself head first down the stairs.

Convinced then to take he to walk in, to be safe. Thankfully she was fine.

This is exactly why I'm glad they only visit every few months. I can't bloody cope with the drama.

Thank you, I do too. But to be honest we need the break. Been a stressful couple of months, had a customer go bankrupt owing us over 50k. So we've been scrambling to make sure we kept ourselves safe plus our employees jobs safe too. But it's all good now, so we're taking a break.

Thank you yogi. There's more to it which thankfully we didn't get in to, which would have wiped us out.

Loads better thank you Yogi.  Has been on his anti-biotics for over a week now & has them for another 9 days. Another check up yesterday & the vet was very happy with him, so thankfully seems he is OK.

Glad he's on the mend, Cinds, and that little one is ok too.

Happy holiday as well - weather was 29 degs when I left on Wednesday

Jen, your daughter is gorgeous!  â™Ĩ

And yes, do 2 hr driving lessons - you'll be so much more confident.

Bet you pass your test easily

Pirate!  Poor you.  Get well soon.  My son complained of nasty headaches when he had shingles.  Scrub that - it was what he moaned about the most!

Awww  never worry Jen. I found roundabouts the most terrifying thing during my driving lessons!
