Six year-old 'graduates' from Hendon Police College

Congratulations to young Malachi on 'passing out' today at Hendon - complete with his own uniform.

6 year-old Malachi Tyler from Tunbridge Wells was a special guest at today's passing out parade at Hendon Police College. Malachi, who is blind and has a genetic condition called neurofibromatosis, was invited to the ceremony after getting to know police in Kingston.

I need to try these - maybe in a bagel or on toast

Lazy Eggs I highly recommend you try these out the next time you are craving something different for your breakfast. They’d even be great for a brunch. Here’s what you do: 1) Spray each muffin well with nonstick spray. 2) Place a slice of ham in the bottom of each muffin well. 3) Place about a teaspoon or so of diced tomatoes on top of the ham. 4) Sprinkle some shredded cheddar cheese over the tomatoes. 5) Break one egg into each spot. 6) Sprinkle a little bit of salt and pepper on each. 7) Bake at 180/350 degrees for 18-20 minutes or until the yolks are as firm as you desire and the whites are cooked through. ★Share★Share★Share★Share To SAVE this for use later, be sure to click this photo and SHARE so it will store on your personal page. Enthusiastic Contrafibularities

A customer of ours was in the office today & as usual was asking rather intruding questions. So today was about whether Mr Cinds & I had a child together. When I said no, we had 3 between us but none together, he started asking why we'd never had babies together & shouldn't we want that etc etc. You have no idea how close I was to saying him "well the way we do it's unlikely to make a baby".
