Smallest house in London?

Can I ask for a link to the website that is selling it? I'm nosey, I want to look inside.

thank you

McHugh & Co of Camden:

That link takes me to something that's being sold for 1.2 million

as its going to auction there is a shortage of pics as usual

rightmoves link

who ever wrote that article is way out with stamp duty info - stamp duty reduced from ÂĢ250000  to any property over ÂĢ125000 ages ago

The property does sit rather well in between the others and I bet the heating bills are quite low

Now that looks like a nice area.

It does look nice but inside you have to climb on the kitchen counter to reach the bed. Imagine doing that after a night down the pub!

Yes, climbing on the kitchen counter seem rather ridiculous and a clear indication that there is far too little space to really accommodate everything you need in a reasonable amount of space.

Anything over ÂĢ9000 is a rip off

There's been a few accidents looking at that railing

 Well spotted Fremsley

How you feeling Ells?

I'm ok thanks Rog.  Bit nervous but trying not to think about it too much.  Have the decorators in today finishing off the work they did so have had to come to my Mums (decorators are in the loo doing work so pregnant bladder would be too much of a disturbance) and so far everyone keeps going on about the induction. SHHHHHH people, you're scaring me!

This place is a mad house, I can't wait to go home already and I'm only here 20 minutes

All the best Ells    Oh my! You don't need builders in your loo right now

Don't I know it  I'm bad enough knowing someone is in my house (IBS) but knowing they are in my loo means I have to stay in my Mums til he leaves.

Yogi, I'm excited aswell but my dad thinks it's funny to scare the bejesus out of me by making (non funny) jokes about it all.  And he keeps calling my baby a spud.

Can I go home yet?

I'm home and the decorator has run out of paper AGAIN!  The twat seems to waste more than he uses but I've said oh it's fine, I'll order another roll and you can finish it at the weekend just to get him out.  They're a community group who do the work really cheap so I don't like to complain but geeeeez he's a nightmare.

Oh well, it's 97% done now so that's the main thing lol.

I'm a bit on and off here at the moment Ells. I will be thinking of you on Thursday.

Cinds

Thank you all, no pressure then

My partner is way too excited about this induction.  I'm a bag of nerves and he's treating it like I'm going to have a filling and getting a lovely baby at the end of it.  True that I'm getting a lovely baby but it's far from a filling I'm getting!!  We put the cradle up in the living room last night and he's turned into a big mush since seeing it.  It's very pretty.
